CONFERENCE VENUE
The conference will take place fully online. The manual of instructions and the access link to the conference platform will be sent out to participants at least one week prior to the conference.

ONLINE ASSISTANCE DURING THE EVENT
The organizers will be permanently online throughout the conference and for any technical issues you can reach us either through the chat or through email. We will immediately reply to your emails.

LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is English. All presentations will be done in English.

PRESENTATIONS
Participants will have 15 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussions (altogether 20 minutes). Presenters can use PowerPoint through their own computers. Please find here an optional PowerPoint template.

ONLINE CONFERENCE PLATFORM INSTRUCTIONS
Before the conference, make sure to read the instructions manual provided by email to all participants.
Please note that each keynote speech, parallel session, and virtual coffee break will take place in a different virtual room. Please read the instructions on how to join different rooms in the instructions manual provided by the conference organizers.

VIRTUAL COFFEE BREAKS
Will take place in the main virtual room, where keynote speeches also take place. This will be a place where participants can chat informally or continue discussions following a session.
